Terms of Service

Last updated 14 September 2026

The rules for using Atlas: what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and the limits of what a self-tracking app should be trusted with.

The agreement

These terms are a contract between you and Cloud Ones Strategies (Dutch Chamber of Commerce number 83356479), which operates Atlas at https://atlas.thecloud1s.com. By creating an account or using the app, you accept them. If you do not, do not use Atlas.

Your account

You need an account to use Atlas. Give accurate details, keep your credentials to yourself, and tell us at once if you think someone else has got into your account. You are responsible for what happens under it. You must be at least 16 years old.

What Atlas is — and is not

Atlas records and visualises what you tell it about your health, lifestyle and finances. It is a self-tracking tool, nothing more.

  • It is not medical advice or a medical device. Talk to a qualified clinician about your health; never act on an Atlas number instead.
  • It is not financial, tax or investment advice. Predictions are arithmetic on the figures you entered, not a forecast you should rely on.

Acceptable use

Do not use Atlas to break the law, to store someone else's personal data without their consent, or to attack the service — no scraping, reverse engineering, probing our security, overloading our systems, or reselling access. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your content

Everything you record stays yours. You grant us only the licence we need to operate the service for you: to store, process and display your data back to you. We do not use your content to train models, and we do not sell it.

Our content

The Atlas software, name, logo and design are ours and stay ours. Nothing here transfers them to you; you get a personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the app while these terms hold.

Availability

Atlas is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We may change, interrupt or retire features, and we do not promise a particular level of uptime. We keep backups, but you should export anything you cannot afford to lose.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost or corrupted data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury, fraud or intent.

Ending it

You can stop using Atlas and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or wind the service down with reasonable notice. On closure your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and we tell you in the app when a change is material. Using Atlas after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute, without removing any protection you have as a consumer where you live.
