Privacy Policy

Last updated 14 September 2026

Atlas is a personal analytics app. The data you record about your health, lifestyle and finances is yours — this page sets out exactly what we hold, why we hold it and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are

Cloud Ones Strategies, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 83356479, operates the personal analytics app at https://atlas.thecloud1s.com and is the controller of the data described here. For questions about this policy or about the data we hold on you, write to jordanvanwijnen0709@gmail.com.

What we collect

Atlas only holds data you put into it yourself, plus the minimum needed to keep an account working:

  • Account data — your name, email address and a hashed password, or the name, email address and profile picture your identity provider returns when you sign in with Google.
  • Health and lifestyle data — the measurements, cadences, habits and goals you record.
  • Finance data — the transactions, corrections and predictions you enter or import.
  • Technical data — basic server logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) kept for security and debugging.

We do not buy data about you from third parties, and we do not run advertising or tracking pixels.

Why we use it

We process your data to provide the service you signed up for: storing what you record, calculating your adherence and predictions, and showing it back to you. We also use it to keep accounts secure, to fix bugs, and to answer you when you contact support. That processing rests on the contract between you and us, and on our legitimate interest in running the service safely.

Google sign-in

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google to create and identify your account. We ask for no other Google scopes, we do not read your Gmail, Drive or Calendar, and we do not use Google account data for advertising or sell it to anyone.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers that run Atlas on our behalf — hosting, database and error monitoring — under contracts that bar them from using it for anything else. We will also disclose data if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Your data stays for as long as your account is open. Delete your account and we remove your personal data from our live systems, with backups following on their normal rotation. Server logs are kept for a short retention window and then discarded.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or restrict what we do with it, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email us and we will respond within one month. If you are in the EU or the UK and you are not satisfied, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

Traffic runs over HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, and access to production data is limited to the people who need it to operate the service. No system is perfectly secure, so we also keep the data we collect deliberately small.

Children

Atlas is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page, and we tell you in the app when the change is material.
